If the game had been nearly finished at the time of the code-leak, I think I would have seen compiled versions out in the net. But it wasn't ready. Some people said, it contained only the sequences one could see in the trailer. Of course, people may say anything, but if it was nearly finished, at least this Info would have been leaked.
But one week later, nobody cared about the source anymore.
