The warnings about not using your cellphone at a gas station is because you might drop it and the battery pack might come loose. This could spark as well and cause a not-so-static discharge.
Because
a) the USA charged into that country as a champion of the supressed people and is now doing almost the same stuff in the same prison as the former owners did
and
b) it's your next door neighbour doing this, not some out-of-mind guy on a mean streak
It's the difference in perspective, not the sameness of the deed...
...this is one of the reasons why I refuse to buy any "new" record these days.
I've started listening Jazz and a lot of brilliant artists of this kind of music are dead, so no royalties are needed there. The only problem is, that the industry takes the money earned in this area and invests it into lousy music made for charts instead of promoting and developing(!) new diamonds.
A real shame...
Take a look at http://people.redhat.com/~arjanv/2.5/ they have unofficial, precompiled 2.6 kernels there, last one is test8.
Kernel is working just fine on my T23, minor bootup issues with USB, otherwise no problems. Only other thing is, you have to update your modutils and initscripts.

If this isn't a warning, what else is?
