Yeah absolutely - especially since it was running Windows 98 or so (don't remember exactly, long time ago)... i.e. no proper file system security *and* they had PGP keys on that system...
I once bought various "new" components from a shop here in Switzerland and after assembling my PC, I was surprised that it booted up with Windows without me installing anything yet... it even contained some PGP keys of the company how bought the disks before me and returned them (and yes, of course I got in contact with them and told them).
Well, it had the nice effect for me that in the end I got all the components for free;-)
Well, we can search 10GB+ sized mailboxes within seconds here (Exchange Server 2010). So yes, it must be something with the particular setup in your organization.
Interesting to read this here on Slashdot, and the source was obvisouly some UK news site.
Because, here in Switzerland (where I live), it's not in the news, nobody talking about it and I never heard anything about so far;-)
