I actually worked on this project. I am at the same company doing other things now, but every project uses it. It has had a lot of polish to make it really easy to use and also be very usable. It is really good at keeping management happy by giving reasonable forecasts on how long things will take, and give visibility into what developers are doing, without getting all caught up in the details. It has a pretty cool interface where you can see other people making modifications to stories and editing things, and has a nice drag-and-drop interface too.
What I do is have Firefox remember my open tabs when I close the browser. That way you could just close the window with 120 tabs open, then reopen Firefox and everything would reload and all that memory would be freed.
I think this is either just for searching the web, or the majority of traffic is still between peers but central management is still encrypted. Just guessing...
I, too, am a programmer and will be trying to make my living with my craft, but I believe software services are a perfectly valid method to make money. Look at companies like IBM that are moving swinging strongly towards software services purely for monetary motives. Copyrighting what is basically math is not the right model and I firmly believe given long enough people will not buy software, but many forms of support and service from programmers for said software.
Their api isn't really their api, its the jabber api if I'm not mistaken. Furthermore, the most compelling reason to use Gtalk for me at least is the voice functionality which is sorely lacking in Pidgin and I'm assuming Adium.
Say you want to load something to the video card. ALL of that has to go through the front side bus. Cache isn't going to help whatsoever. A faster FSB will increase throughput to the vid card though.
How does Nintendo not having the fastest CPU influence who will purchase their product? I think it is far more important to have good titles that are FUN, than good frames per second. I just was playing a racing game on my friends brand new, very expsensive XBox360 and it looked really pretty. The game, however, was TERRIBLE. And I am thinking to myself, did he really just fork out over 600 dollars to play this trash for a game when I will be hopefully playing something awesome (like Super Smash Brothers) for around half the price? And the graphics will still be better than they were.
GOOD GAMES == GOOD CONSOLE
ONLY GOOD FPS == BAD CONSOLE
I think the asker probably should have had a budget in mind, but that is not to say that people can't recommend functionality that they like. I have no previous experience in digital video cameras, but I have learned quite a bit from the comments from people who had no idea what the budget was. Maybe the asker has no idea what he wants to spend. If he did, he might be severly limiting his scope of cameras when he doesn't even know what his scope is.
I disagree, I bet they reused the name because they wanted everyone to use their software, and Kazaa already had name recognition. What better reason to reuse the name?

or maybe add some of the phallic looking blimps like on the front page of that site? That'll attract 'em...
