I have to disagree with this. This expansion package is just making AoM a fighter game. That is fine if that is what you are looking for, but I have always expected more for the Age of franchise. I wanted to have to think about my society and plan military and society upgrades. Now it is getting to be just an attack game where you "city" is nothing more than a glorified base. It just seems to be the upping the action by dumbing down the game. I got tired of this demo quickly and went back to the Conquerors game which I found much more enjoyable.

I certainly do see how this is NOT protected speech. It could easily be construed as utterances in the furthering of a criminal act. These types of speech are not allowed.
Example: If you are overheard plotting to kill someone, you can/will be arrested for a crime. Now, it was just speech, but I do not hear anyone saying that it should be protected. Even speech between a client and lawyer is not protected if said comments told of upcoming criminal activity.
If you hear such speech, you cannot just sit and wiat for the act to happen before arresting someone.

I agree that the quality of the articles appears to be suffering in the race to get them out.
On the merits of this case, did you notice that RIM's stock fell 3.16 or over 11% of its value. If the company does not right its ship, and quickly, they will not be around when the appeal is heard.

While the games numbers may have hit a plateau, I have found those who are playing are fanatical about it and keep the game very active.
I am trying out the new Everwars game if any are interested. The guys running it seem to be very good about taking and implementing suggestions. (Just don't complain about the attack timer)

There are several canidates out there for Never Ending MMORPGs, but I would think the time and dedication needed for such a project would not be there in today's "quick buck" world. Sad.
Right now I am doing the month-to-month games at Everwars. At least the guys incharge actually listen to suggestions as they ahve made changes to each version based on fan input. To check it out (it is free), you can click here:

I cannot argee more strongly with this statement. A regular exercise program (not an excessive one) can do wonder for your body, including giving it more energy and creating better sleeping patterns.
I fell out of a regualr exercis pattern in grad school and found it harder and harder to maintain my focus. Once I got back into it, things came together and my studies seemd to come easier.
The first couple of weeks will be tough, but it is well worth it. If this does not help, then you may have to check out other factors for your lack of focus. Good luck!
