"Some environmental researchers questioned whether the particles under review were more akin to soot and other urban pollutants than manufactured nanomaterials, and whether the exposure levels used for those particulate studies made sense for nanomaterials. "
Are we talking about large scale risks like lung cancer here?
This had nothing to do with the security of of the operating system or the web server for that matter. It was only a security hole in one php script.
Agreed, there are many instances of people using existing/creating Perl and PHP scripts that end up being exploited, an example being redirect of output to overwrite existing content or write new content in the same directory. At the end of the day, if these scripts arent tested fully for these kind of flaws, the user on the server who puts the scripts up is their own security risk.

Not funny.
also you may want to learn how to READ, this thread is about spray on computers, not your racist homophobic tendancies.
With this spray on technology being so small, will this have an effect on the reliability of the circuits this is going to be working in?
Also if this were to be used in whole circuits, wont this actually be more recycleably unfriendly as whole circuits would have to be replaced if they went dud? or would it be the other way around and be more beneficial as the waste material would be a lot smaller? I would have thought that this would also make circuits less user-serviceable.
Can't this apply to the RIAA? They already shutdown Napster... how can they still continue to claim damages after having been paid for them already? ~ryan just my.02 cents... yes thats.02 cents... its not worth much but its all I have
No, because of the situation with SCO and IBM, if they settle, the legalities between those two, which this was all about in the first place can go no further as a mutual agreement will have been made.
In the case of the RIAA and Napster, this was not a settlement between 2 parties, Napster were shut down for illegal criminal activities.
Has anyone come across an instance of the RIAA mistakenly handing out subpoena's to ISP's where the users have been distributing their own musical material? Or do they only go for their clients songs?

The IBM counter suit I'm not sure about, there patent portfolio is a weapon that could just as easily be turned on us.
Unlikely, they aren't stupid, they've seen what kind of damage has been done to SCO with their underhand tactics, they aren't going to do a lemming jump off the face of the earth like SCO.
If you believe the utter bollocks The Sun comes out with, you may as well pay $699 for a SCO Liecense.
