Actually, this wouldn't be a violation of the First Amendment. If you recall the text,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
IOTW, there's no law being made here and no prohibition against any other religion other than Judeo-Chritianity in this. (I suppose Muslims are included also, since they read the old testament, I think.)
By the way, I agree it is a horrendous idea to include taxpayer dollars, just that it isn't unconstitutional.:P
I am amazed at how - once again - Novell blundered and lost the opportunity to capitalize on something. Back in '05 I thought Novell and SUSE (SLED, SLES...) would have a viable future competing against Wintendo and Unix. However, I noticed way back in '08 that they were slipping and I eventually jumped ship myself (over to Ubuntu) and gave up trying to persuade my server room staff to switch to Novell.
You've got an enginerd with a highly complex mind and vast knowledge of the modern world sitting in some group of people who say everything they've learned is evil.
What do you do?
Build a bomb and strap it to your chest, of course!
In addition - and I know we're going off topic here - unless you have a lot of money, you're going to be stuck with an overworked public defender who really won't care what happens to you.
I have worked with the courts in several California counties - Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange.
In all cases, the attorney general is well-funded and staffed with very sharp lawyers. Conversely, the public defender is under-funded. (I don't want to say the attorneys are of less quality, just that they are down-trodden because of the caseload and funding.)
The ethanol does wreck efficiency. It is - IIRC - about 60% as efficient as gasoline.
Keep in mind that we already have a 15% ethanol blend here in California.
IMO, if I could get ethanol that reduces our dependence on totalitarian regimes like Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and others, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
My best option would be to switch to diesel and utilise either veggie oil blends or some form of bio diesel from soy or other plant materials.
Unfortunately, diesel is a hard sell here in California.
LOL!

...that the park actually evolved from lower forms of parks, each being incrementally better than the previous park.
It is just a rumor.
I got modded offtopic?
/shakes head...
Sheesh! You make a joke about sql injection in a thread about a site getting compromised by a sql injection and it is offtopic?
...the streets through the forest!
DROP ALL
nope.
UPDATE USERS SET PASSWORD = '1234' WHERE NAME = %
nope
Dang, this Leenux stuff is way more secure than I thought!
Douchebag??
Now there's an original insult!
*rolls eyes*
One can only hope!
LOL!
:)
I wouldn't want to upset my Wii and DS-loving children.
Um, my name isn't Jesus.

Too bad.
Kind of reminds me of 1995...
I figure a few more votes from some dead relatives won't hurt at all.
j/k
Seriously this is interesting. I wonder if the County Registrars even have the cell #s in their rolls.
I guess not now that Apple comes on board. Maybe they'll have an open-apple function instead...
That's why they hired Steve Jobs.
The Cult of Apple is alive.
Now if they'd only bring back the multi-colored Apple logo like on my IIe.
I'm neither an engineer nor a bomber/terrorist.
Are you sure?
Have you interviewed any of the suicide bombers afterwards?

Instant always has that - erm - processed taste.
Okay, what's different with this than having search results show up in the google bar on Firefox, IE or in my Android google widget?
Valid point.

...period?
:P
I mean, c'mon. If they're on trial that means we got them.
I was also a summer/fall birthday (and my kids are October/November) and understand completely.
..hey, look! There's a bird outside my window!
I don't think I'm at all ADHD...

What does Budweiser have to do with beer?
Well, according to my wife, I'm much more efficient at creating methane-based fuel.
I've researched the heck out of a grease-powered (frybrid/lovecraft) mercedes or even truck.
ATM, I'm spending less on simple gas.
I have filled up twice on ethanol, but I have to drive ten miles to the only E85 station near Los Angeles and I get crappy mileage for the effort.
I can see the filling stations now.
On one pump you have gas with 87 octane, one with 92 octane and then single-malt or blended whiskey...
What about the Americans? Will we develop a fuel based on Budweiser or Tequila?
