I think what they are attempting to say is that it will have a prossessor like an FPGA (field programable gate array) in which logic gates can be reconnected on the fly and could be massively redundant allowing for a lot of fault tollerance. And that all the memory/disk/whatever will be like WORM (write once read many) where there would be no way to delete files, but because of the size and effecintcy this would be unimportant. If a virus infected such a system, no data could be lost and therefore virii would atleast have limited effect.
