    Did you know that if you install its toolbar and use the advanced features of it (u do by default), it tracks EVERY URL you visit and send it to google servers? Its anonymous so I dont see the harm of it. Google is trying to be better and as long as it doesnt use it powers for doing wrong - I find their technology enlightening.

    Lets say that companies can go and centralize their networks - great, it will be much faster and efficient no doubt. But today the companies are not at risk any more, its the users! Users demand anonymity and centralized servers are far from it, the companies that will Prevail will be those who will give their users the best privacy they market can offer. So centralized networks will fail.

    If you take a tour on their site you will find out that they do make money - its not that obvious like on any other banner/pop exploded site, but they put small ads here and there, they offer PRO services for businesses where they sell servers and services... They make money without annoying the surfers and its very rare thing to find on the net.

    Since google is the most popular search engine out there, they have the power to "remove" you from the internet. If someone at google headquarters decides to remove you from the search results, you don't exist. I know this debate is old but maybe some restrictions should be enforced since they hold much power, some would say too much.

    I say two month... I really hope this time it won't be that bad. The bluster worm just restarted computers but what if the next one will spread, be silent for a while and format computers - that could lead to disaster. I wish there was some way of testings the software for 100% bulletproff security flaws but I guess there isn't.

    It is so strange, the basic principle behind the crack of the code is a flaw in the design of GSM. The engineers who designed GSM added the error corrections after the encryption and you MUST do it before the encryption. This is the reason you can "listen" to the transmission and learn alot about the call and then Decipher the keys. It is truly strange since everybody that deals with encryption know this basic rule.

    I truely dont see how this is usefull. It seems like a desperate act against spam. Instead of going after spammers legally and work on a better way to filter junk mail they go for the NUKE? There are also down sides to http/ftp should we change them as well? The answer is no.

    A bug in the design of the current grid shouldnt stop progress. If we design a power grid that many countries can share, that will save a whole lot of money and will be much more efficient. Of course we shouldnt hire those who design US power grid :) thats the lesson from the power failer ;)

    because with all due respect, this SDK works better using CSS/XML methods. Its just easier to use it, second once microsoft release something, even if at the begining it doesnt work right the support and continues development of the SDK makes it the best in the market. Its not a coincidence that microsoft is everywhere - its tools are better and smarter... (let the flaming begin :)

    Ebay should take the credit card number of any user that sell stuff on Ebay and if doesnt deliver the property then they should charge him and give a refund to the buyer.
