yes... im picking up an nForce2 board shortly, and its nice to know that when i install linux, I'll have an option. I have found in the past that certain manufacturers make crappy drivers (Creative + SBlive platinum + winxp) and its nice to see that the people out there w/ the skills are willing to contribute. Also, a pro-open source and pro-linux site like slashdot is a great place for these people to be recognized for their work.
I have come to realize that consoles boil down to:
PS2: the ultimate for RPGs and some sports/action. good for sitting at home alone and gaming
XBox: Great for sports and action (and another other typical "North American" styled game. good for a night of drinking and gaming w/ friends
Nintendo: Fun. Though I only buy nintendo products looking at 1st party games... and nintendo makes amazing games.
Ive had more success w/ 3rd party for sony than any other company, and xbox has so far seemed one of the best for sports games.
after working for a gas stations for a few years.. i am more than qualified to be sent to clean its lense. ill check it's oil and tire pressure too :P
i would run FOLDING@Home but SETI looks so much better.. give me flashy lights and cool animations, and i'll run FOLDING in a second.
I certainly hope you don't still try to sit in Ronalds lap, McDonalds is supposed to be a family friendly establishment
Would you like to super-size your meal to add the full length album??
