    back when i had a windows 98 machine i had a utility that made the file create, modify and access times editable in the properties pane just like the read only flag, file name, and archive flag.

    it's not overpowered at all, i have one similar, it's quite bright but still safe to use without eye protection. quit being such a pussy.

    if you want to see over powered, for $1700 you can pick up a 300mw beast from wicked lasers, that thing can pop balloons, light cigars, fuses, etc. and it will blind you if you shine it at your face.

    your 98% filter would be about 1=2% less dark than the 99.8% filter

    probably one of the $2000 "portable lasers" if i had the cash to throw around i would definitely get one, but yea the power level is definitely scary, and also over 9000

    i have often thought that technique would be highly effective for dirsruptive forum posters, since deliberate trolls will just create a new account using a proxy anyways, shadow bans both minimize this and make it harder for trolls to know when mods have shown up and started removing content.

    and any person buying 216 chips in japan, shipping them to some guy in hong kong, who then ships it to some guy in pakistan, who then ships it to some guy in Iran is bound by no contract and could easilly do so just by buying retail / online

    heavies get more assists (only 1 point) since they do fast damage but still damage over a period of time and heavies do best when working with other classes, snipers sit by themselves and take down enemies with headshots and other solo kills
