I'd say your _BEST_ bet is to call a Crime Scene Cleanup company (as did Mythbusters) and ask them if there's any methods to entirely clean an electronic object...
Otherwise...i'd say finding an enzymatic hydrofluoroether so you can dunk the equipment would be a good bet...
