It would have rocked on the Mac, instead of the numbers they have today, it would have likely sold like 4 copies. Of course you realize that when it was planned for the mac it was to be a RTS instead of a FPS. So maybe that dream will still come true with halowars.

Unfortunately it is your logic, that has long been shared by many other citizens, that gives the 3rd party no chance to win. If everyone voted for the canidate they wanted in office, rather than voting for the lesser of two evils, perhaps 3rd party canidates would have a chance. Instead people feel forced to vote for someone they don't support just so the other guy doesn't win. If we knew the true number of people who voted democratic or republican because they felt their vote would be wasted if they went 3rd party, you'd likely find races alot closer than you think.

Why not, we re-elected president clinton after terrorist attacks. In fact people feel pretty good about the Clinton Presidency, although I think it could be argued that more acts of terror on home soil actually took place during the Clinton years. People continue to say Bush ignored Osama for 8 months of his Presidency leading up to 9/11. It's funny how often these are the same people that love Clinton after his 8 years of ignoring bin laden. Does the body count matter or is it the fact that buildings are blowing up?
You're missing the bigger picture. Look at the source, do some google work on the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the people who funded these polls. Look at what state it was in. jesus man, check the source.
