Computer programming of course ! now take in consideration that there is 10 country who are going to reach EU and i won't think they would like a law that could restrain a market that could makes big money (if actual EU have difficulties to pay patents rechearch cost , what would that be for 'em ?) As soon as those countries would have reach EU this will be too late for this vote . Anyway , that's just my thought;)
