My Pocket PC already plays MP3s and MPEGs and I have it for over a year plus does all the stuff that a pocket pc does. It uses crappy yet sometimes functional Windows Media Player (I guess I could download something else but I am lazy). And with Beyond TV I can watch TV shows and movies on it on the train. Oh and it only cost me about $100 when I bought it. With SD cards getting more and more capacity I see no market for the "IPOD Killer" at all.
If companies keep offshoring jobs in the US or expect everyone except upper management to work for minimum wage who is going to buy all their products? The richest 1 or 2 percent can only own so many computers.
Along with the better paying jobs disappearing the disposable income to buy all these products are going to disappear too. Eventually no one will be able to afford anything except food and housing.
Look at all the bills you have now that you didn't have twenty years ago. I now have a cable bill, two cell phone bills, and a DSL bill occuring monthly. I don't need these things but they add to my quality of life and I can afford them. If I was working for minimum wage those bills would amount to 25% of my income.
Don't worry friends. Longhorn will guarantee accurate results when searching Speaker Bracelets and Candle Trucks. It will also stop other nasty search engines from giving any kind of wacky results via Step 3.

Raise your mobile phone to your eyes and scream "Thunder, thunder, thunder cats hooooooooooooooo".
