"Void and/or voidable" might be a problem for "SCO". We saw that they looked to have some difficulties with other defenses (affirmations of fraud on the part of IBM in patent and copyright applications), they may have problems with these defenses too. Consider:

This looks to me like they do NOT accepot the GPL.
