"Void and/or voidable" might be a problem for "SCO". We saw that they looked to have some difficulties with other defenses (affirmations of fraud on the part of IBM in patent and copyright applications), they may have problems with these defenses too. Consider:
EIGHTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE The GPL violates the U.S. Constitution, together with copyright, antitrust and export control laws, and IBM claims based thereon, or related thereto, are barred.
This looks to me like they do NOT accepot the GPL.
