Yeah, it's kind of a bummer that we won't get this promo, but Pepsi Canada and Apple just finished with this one last month so I'm not too upset.

I've also wondered what will happen at Apple once Jobs leaves. If they were to put Jonathan Ive at the helm, I think they'd do fine. He definitely has the "cool" appeal that Jobs has. I'm not sure about his business sense, but with some Jobs guidance and the right team of advisers around him, that would also fall into place. Only problem with that would be the huge gaping hole it would leave in their industrial design department. Ive is a genius.
Actually, I was thinking it sounds more like Apple's Quartz Extreme than anything else. Although I guess since Quartz already served as the "inspiration" for Avalon, our comments are compatible.
Whatever the inspiration, this will be a nice leap forward for X.

"runs" is probably an overstatement. "Walks" or even "crawls" would probably be more accurate. ;)
