I have worked to establish the Active sync connection (which provides the continuous polling that looks to the user like push) to Exchange server on one of the Samsung versions, running on Verizon's network.
I have yet to accomplish it. Documentation on how to set it up is sparce, and at one point we had a representitive from Samsumg, (they support the Active sync portion) and Verizon (they support the network) on the phone neither of which seemed to have ever done this before.
Admittedly we were trying to use a secure connection using SSL (god forbid security). But it seemed that the ability to preload a self signed SSL certificate and not use one that was from the 'big boys' was impossible.
After a few hours of my working through the tech net articles on this, and the Samsung rep suggesting that we hard reset the unit a second time to 'clean it out' we simply gave up.
Until this becomes something that the public at large can accomplish easily and with security, it is all just more MS hype.
It is pure and simple junk. I have used earlier revisions of the product and they were great, but the new methods they imploy to duplicate drives has only served to corrupt drives for me, and in fact I was forced to reload from backup. When I called Symantec for support I was connected to outsourced support in India, with no Symantec suppport options above level 1 technicians, and these fellows who knew less about the product.
After sending me links to the FAQ's availible on the Symantec web page (which I had read and executed) they were unable to provide any additional help.
Needless to say, I was glad I had a backup, I restored, tossed the $90 Ghost package, and installed Arconis TrueImage http://www.acronis.com/
Have never looked back, and would never reccomend that anyone use Ghost
In addition to damages they need to cover the costs of any and all credit reports that individuals need to have run in order to doublecheck their status.
I recently had to order a credit report and thus used up my freebie. Now should I be expected to bear the cost of another report to ensure my safety?

I agree. I have launched a few sites recently. Not only is Yahoo's index more comprhensive, but it takes less time to make it into .
On average, a new web site launched takes 4 weeks to get crawled by Google, even after submitting it for crawling.
On the other hand Yahoo will pick up the site in under a week, and keep it's index up to date on changes to the pages.

I think a class action lawsuit is in order here.
