And as long as I am here I will bump my suggestion on Ideastorm: Make a laptop power supply that doesn't suck.
I doubt they will dump the bloatware cash to further the linux cause.
AC makes an excellent point here. Eventually most things ever manufactured will be measured by their disposal cost. Right now disposal costs = cost to haul and dig a hole where it should consider both the cost to break it down and reuse as well as the environmental cost when it isn't fully recycled.
