Ahh yes.
Repairing my girlfriends Compaq laptop power source will cost 300 dollars. Getting into the laptop is impossible (I cannot find this mythical pressure point that people refer to and I also cannot "fake it" and center the power input so we can charge it back up.) The part that really sucks is that the computer was purchased for 350 dollars, yet buying one today will set me back 1.8 g's.
