Site down and talk to your kids first. Then do as I do:
Install a router/firewall and use one of the free monitor programs to look at the traffic. Anything that is not allowed, block it at the router/firewall and let them know that you are watching. Turn on logging for the times you can't watch so you can see if they try it. Once they know that there are rules and ways for you to enforce them by watching, they will be less inclined to go to "those" sites. Those that think this is snooping, yes it is, and more parents should be aware of what their kids are up to.
