Many many things that come from/are in the US, among them some of technological or natural origin, fascinated me. They still do. I'd really love to see some of them with my own eyes.
But, given the current situation and treatment of foreigners who intend to travel to the US (or through the US), I see no reason to set even the smallest toe on US soil. As long as certain people up there don't get the picture, your image and reputation will go downhill with almost free-fall acceleration.
I'm sorry to say that, but really many many people see it that way.

I mean, how can they control my internet phone usage? Almost everyone who has a higher bandwidth connection can use the right software to make phone calls.
