1. The car in the picture is actually the Norwegian Think City, which is brilliant. Two seats, and lots of packing space. There are about 1,000 of them, and a new version is coming soon (should have been out in 2002). Info can be found here:

2. Citroen and Peugeot make electric cars that look exactly like their petrol driven counterparts. I have a Peugeot 106 Electric, and it looks exactly the same as a normal 106. Info here:
