I guess what you mean is a better standard of living . You should remember that India already has a low tax structure for people employed in ITES and IT services. And since everything is relatively cheap you get a better or an equivalent standard of living (if not all the luxuries) at a much lesser cost than the US or UK.
Seeing your comprehensive resume ... it will be a bit difficult finding a programming or a call centre job.
