Seems to me the system so damned by the media an others here in Floridaa is just the system described. Simply punch out the hole, and the computer will electronically tbulate the results from each ballot...
Worked great for years, until we had an extremely close election, and then suddenly it wasn't accurate. One had to be able to devine the 'intent' of the incompetent voter.
One should approach voting with the same zeal as one approaches ones Federal Income Tax Return..
