Well, I noticed they started crashing (repeatedly) right after they changed the lay-out of their pages. Maybe they should take a look at how Slashdot orgainzes itself (or re-organizes itself)....

No, he didn't get cut in the pod race, because the pod race was after the scene when the blood is analysed. There were rumours that Qui-gon first notices the force in Anikin after Anikin gets in a fight with a young Rodian (greedo type). I'm thinking that the scene where Anikin got cut is on the cutting room floor.
Tis a true pity that the only character in the movie who was instantly recognizable, in terms of classic myths (ie Obi-Wan==Merlin,Leia==Damsel in Distress...) was jar jar drinks (too much) as the useless sidekick. Oh and whats happens with C3P0? The kid could have brought him along....
If I understand the physics correctly, the only safe people would be the ones where the aluminium foil hats and underwear.... ( and everywhere else as well)
Which Version of Star Wars? The ORIGINAL version, or the special edition one with all the cutesy crap? I really hope that Both will be available because I don't want to have to watch all the SE crap to watch Star Wars on DVD.
If there is someone out there who can convert/ encode a 30fps 8bit stereo AVI of rather LARGE (650meg) size to mpeg or quicktime? I have a recording of the Duel of the Fates Video that I video captured last night. My server cannot handle large amounts of traffic so I would rather just send the link to one person who could compress it and spread the joy. The four commercials are really quite nice to watch, but I must say the soundtrack Video was stunning. It was a mixture of Trailer A voices ("hate leads to suffering.."), the Duel of the Fates music track, and scenes from every bit of video yet released, the trailers, the "Lynn's Journal" videos, scenes of the orchestra and choir and new bits. I am so skipping work May 19th....
