With respect to the "drooling lawyers" comment made earlier, I'm more than happy to let it slide (for now). I am actually a tech lawyer who has been involved in internet and related technology class action litigation for several years. We are looking into this situation and would be more than happy to discuss our intended course of action with anyone who is interested.

I agree. The fact is that Apple has, in my view, deliberately and intentionally misrepresented a key component of its iPod product in order to inflate its bottom line by selling either: (a) replacement products; or (b) replacement batteries (with the attendant installation costs, etc.). Any thoughts?
