IMO, it should be the choice of the provider to filter or not. What is exactly "inappropriate material for children"? Will the FCC make a list of websites? There could be some abuse here
Yeah I also found one in my spambox (yeah, Evolution detected it) today, I listened to it but didn't understood what it was exactly (too bad sound) but it doesn't matter cause I don't have time to waste with that fscking spam...
However I wouln't use my PAYG Oyster card on that tube because the fares would be a little higher when I'd touch out...
