My team got cut from the competition unfairly. Our robot was clearly superior to the rest of the competition. In fact, it was SO intelligent (it had nearly 3 billion lines of code just for adaptive learning) that it could be president of the United States and not fuck it up nearly as much as Dubya has.
For example, our robot (which we named TurboR0x0rz 1337B07Z0RZ) can accomplish the seemingly impossible dipolmatic of NOT PISSING OFF THE ENTIRE WORLD. Also, it can make critical decisions that don't jeapordize the lives of hundreds of thousands of troops! And to think, using Python to program a bot.... maybe Dubya could use some Python.
I am sure that someone like Sirius or Delphi could pound out a deal with Shoutcast or live365 so that certain stations like SomaFM: Groove Salad and the real popular ones could be broadcast over satelite.
I am also sure that if anyone does this that their subscription rates would top their competitors by about a month after they introduced this. Furthermore, it could really ignite a grassroots movement for internet broadcasters to try to become Satelite broadcasters. The entire market would improve.
This was in Wired magazine nearly a year ago. I'm glad to see that the worlds leading news agency can keep up so closely to a mid-budget tech magazine.
