This has been happening for years now, I used to travel to Canada for business purposes servicing and installing industrial equipment. For many of the 22 years I had more problems with the jerks on the U.S. side not wanting to allow me to return home. The Canadians then started having a blatant disregard of the Nafta agreement going as far as escorting me to the next plane back to the States. If you wish to enter the U.S or Canada you have a better chance if you will be a burden to society and not gainfully employable. It's a great system on both sides of the border.
Most hydrocarbon techs spew CO2 out the pipe if we were to use the process of Thermal depolymerization (anything into oil, aka the turkey squeezer) you can nearly close the carbon cycle. This same process could be used to extract problem hydrocarbons from things such as oil shale. (which by the way was supposed to be profitable at $34.00 per barrel)The question is why use standard hydrocarbons as feedstock when we generate such a large amount of organic waste? I used to think that coal was the way to go but after reading this http://www.ornl.gov/info/ornlreview/rev26-34/text/ colmain.html I have decided otherwise. It does make you wonder if maybe we could just lightly spew radioactive waste into the air and be done with it.
Oh and don't get me started with the amounts of energy which are locked up in methane hydrates.
I have not used pad2 pad or emachinesop but I have used pcb123 and express pcb with good results. PCB123 is very basic while express pcb is full of time comsuming features.

Why should "They" make sure the part/device is not for unlawful purposes? That is the responsibility of the end user.
