I function much better with the (last-gen) multitouch trackpad than I ever did with two buttons and a clit/regular trackpad. All I ever use the button for is dragging; I can click, right-click, and scroll without ever having to do anything more than touch the trackpad.
I know some people* will dismiss this as RDF, but really, go to an Apple store and give it a try. You might be pleasantly suprised.
Bill Gates is not a British citizen and is as such not allowed to become a KBE. He is an honorary KBE though, which not as cool (He can't call himself Sir Bill, for example).
Btw, Rudolph Giuliani is an honorary KBE too. Doesn't seem to stop him from running for president, no?
A fan's power draw is a couple of watts at most, and no, your fan won't die 'orribly from it using speed control software.:)
Higher speed probably means the bearings will wear out a bit faster though.

Google does offer phone support, if you buy the Premium edition. So no, that will probably not be where they fail.
