These little wrenches were brought up from birth to spy on everyone around them (including their parents). And to turn them over to big brother at the first instance of suspicious behavior. Which included, talking to oneself in sleep, loud emotional expressions, unconcious behavious, any biasness towards the big brother and so on. Most spies get their badges by turning in their parents before they reach the age of 10. Thoughts were outlawed, the very instance someone thought of something that was against the establisment, they were doomed and would cease to exist shortly.

Opening a wormhole on our side might be trivial (let us assume). But, that's just like having a phone with no phone line or switchboard. If we were to travel to Alpha Centuria, we'd need a corrosponding worm hole on that side. That means someone has to physically go 4 light years there and construct a mirror worm hole. And thus it's not feasible to use wormholes to travel to distant places in our universe. Unless some other party on some other distant part of the known galaxy created a similar worm hole and sent us the coordinates. --

Maybe we are looking at the puzzle in the wrong way. I've been doing a lot of 3d work lately and the first time I saw this puzzle, I felt that it had something to do with a depth.
Look at how some letters extrude out and some go in and some lie in most unusual manner. Also see the cases. There are fonts uses of varying sizes. This gives a very strong feel for depth. The first two letters. Cap D and R with the R being half the size of D, pushing it in. Then the mix of cases and the big OGXEW right up front.
If someone could lay this puzzle in a 3d representation, I'm pretty sure we a solution would open up. --
I feel that those two names come real close to describing these two very excellent egines as best describle on earth:) (this was before the destruction of earth by the vogons).

The very thought of a machine having these very emotions drive a very strong stab at anyone who looks at the PS2. The engine was made for it's artistic quality, it's ability to render something beautiful, so beautiful that it is almost real, that is the emotion, the charisma. --
That doesnt jusitfy changing to the name plex86:) Yes, FreeMWare sounds a lot like VMware (Even though bosch has been around longer). But why plex86? I mean plex86 (another product with an Intel badge slapped across it.).
I humbly feel this name 'plex86' does less to relate to their project than what 'FreeMWare' did. Maybe another name change is due? --
The new name "plex86" is derived from the (pseudo)words multiplex and x86. Many users had requested a new name; one that is short, easy to remember, and directly relates to the function of the software.
From what I see, plex86 (flex your muscles?) seems less easier to remember than FreeMWare. Also, since this software is supposed to be a hardware emulator, why slap the 86 across it? I'm pretty sure the alpha ppl would get this working on their boxes soon enough, not to mention the PPC dudes. --

I see a problem with this. What if a malicious newbie put some equally nasty routines in their source code and sent them the binaries? Trust has worked fine for a good amount of time for us free software people, but we have to remember that due our popularity a lot of unwanted people are also among us. --

I've got a basement network that overtime grew pretty large and completely blew up on admistration issues once the 386 beowulf cluster was put into place.
I have very little time to solve most of the problems on my 198.169.0.x network, thus I called into my employment a very special node on my server. Yes/dev/urandom is now my adminstrator, after a sucessful kernel patch and modifications to my distribtion so that root can only be/dev/urandom, I have found that server problems are now being resolved on it's own and that the uptime has remained a constantantly universally random number.
In time I would instruct my cluster to create a HOWTO on this procedure. --
Any idea what kind of restrictions would be placed on mozilla now that it has crypto? I'd like to see a fortify build for mozilla.. would be nice (can get rid of netscape for banking)
I'd like a nice replacement mailing tool with gpg support. --
