And I too was one of the 'lucky' people to lose all my options when my company got brought out after the bubble burst.
There was one lovely moment when the company IPO'd when everybody was in the money, but within 2 weeks the price had dropped.
It was so nice to be allocated stock options with a strike price higher than the current market value....
I am definately in the 'show me the money' category as far as bonus's go - anything else is just a pipedream as far as I am concerned.
That said, my current company has given me options, and a 10% payrise, so who am I to complain really;)
