With all due respect, and I am simply repeating the words of an Indian colleague of mine:
All the "good" indian engineers already have jobs in the US and are too busy to do freelance work. The ones who bid on these sites are the ones who are either totally inexperienced, or weren't "good enough" to get work overseas.
