5 billion bah you havn't worked any where near the government. 5 billiion should just about pay to have some govenment super contractor like say Raytheon to build them a database that will require atleast a 3 billion dollar a year service contract to maitain. They better get out there and fine more people if they expect to keep this thing running.
I saw something like this in the 80s at the local Amiga store (Yes we had a local Amiga store!). They had a game that came with a head strap. The game consisted of bubbles that floated from the bottom of the screen to the top the more relaxed you became the bubbles would sink the more tense the bubbles would rise and pop. I saw some one play for about 15 minutes he thought he had it down to a science.... when he left the guys running the store said "hey this head set thing needs bateries that guys been watching a demo" I guess this is why it never realy took off.
From the article the police had to trace the phone not just ask the coworker who it was. This inidicates the "there's a bomb in the building. There's a bomb in the building everyone get out!" is the only thing that he said. Not just slipped into the middle of conversation.
On a side note how do these news pages pick there related articles.... one was about a clown and child porn how does that relate.
Ok I purchased an ALL-IN-WONDER card to record my favorite TV shows on. The card has an external jack that connects to my sound card.
Me: I get sound from the tv but when I set up your software to beable torecord pause the sound it stops.
Tech: Are you using regular speakers or digital out from your sound card to a reciever.
Me: Digitial
Tech: Thats your problem the signal is analog and you have digital speakers.
Me : but I get sound when your software isnt trying to capture the data/
Tech: it because its digital....
I had a concept like this to get paid for making open source games. Release the game in episodes 4-6 hours long and have a donation system setup that when the total donation reach a certain level a new episode would be released. Each episode would have to be a complete story but part of an epic overall adventure.
