Nah. We're not using any Microsoft code. Just their published API that they encourage others to implement. They'd get nowhere in court should they decide to sue. It makes you wonder though, since Microsoft could lose customers as people make a now easier transition to Linux. (Hope MS isn't reading this)
I pointed it out on this list to warn others that the information may not be accurate. I don't have the time to check everything. This guy posted info he was not sure about.
Whoever put the comparison sheet of D, Java, C#, C++, and C together needs to be more careful. It claims that C# has no inner classes. Which it currently has.
Also the comparison sheet claims many things are unique to D, which in fact are supported by the C# 2.0 specification. "C# 2.0 isn't here yet" you say? Neither is D. In fact, the D spec is only at rev. 0.8x.
Oh for crying out loud. STOP DELIBERATELY MISUNDERSTANDING MICROSOFT TO PROMOTE YOUR OWN AGENDA. The quote did NOT say that patches fix vulnerabilities that aren't there. It DID say that
1) Microsoft isn't ignorant of their flaws,
2) that they fix them,
3) and that if you WHINERS would stay on top of your patches, your Windows need not be broken.
