I've been doing that for years, especially with the sprite promotions. You can hold the bottle up to the light and look right through the other side of the cap since the sprite is clear. Even if you can't see the actual words, you can always tell if you've won by the pattern it makes. You can bring an extra cap in and keep getting more and more free sprite until you're arms are full:D
