And thats one of the things i hate, why SHOULD it be easier? i want a promotion/raise/recognition because i DESERVE it, not because im a girl. Being female in the IT industry means i have to be 10X better than any guy to get the same recognition as he does. Is it fair? Hell no, but in reality its not all equality and fluffy little duckies.
It shits me no end to be singled out from the majority. What the heck does boobs have to do with how well you can play CS? Why SHOULD there be a different competition for females? is there a comp for people with wikkid cool 9800XT's and another for those struggling along with a GeForce 2? No, that's retarded. So is seperate gaming for girls.
