Turned out one of our project managers had his laptop pwned and was used to send out spam. Took us 50$ per time to remove our domain from the blacklist (at first we had no clue why we were blacklisted). And several times before we found out his laptop was part of a bot-net. If your proxies are used for the same purpose, it's normal they're getting blacklisted. Of course that doesn't mean your registrar can just take them offline.

Wrong. SVM is a supervised learning technique. It looks like you're talking about K-means clustering which is unsupervised.
The difference between supervised and unsupervised is that in the first you use both features and outcome in your training of the system, where the unsupervised will just use the features. So supervised uses both X and Y to learn (if X are the features and Y is the class/cluster), whereas unsupervised will just use X.

I'm at >40 hrs of playtime and have the feeling I'm not even half way in the game. The good immersive hardcore games are out there (and don't have to cost 60$ each), but you have to give them a shot.

So, first of all, it's a biological thing. There are just less women really interested in technical fields like computer science and programming, just like there are less women whom are car mechanics.
And most women in the field (I don't want to generalize, but it's a a feeling I developed in my CompSci university years and 10 yrs of experience as a software developer) see it as a job and not as a 'passion'.
