Anyway, against such a super erruption there's nothing we can realy do. Not the matter what we do, every action we take will be dwarfed by the actual event.
Perhaps it's better to die instantly by the giantic pyroclastic cloud strechting the state then to suffer hunger and cold for the next 20 or so years.
