Lol i'm just up the road from you in Burnley.
*g* sorry i insulted your appreciation of the best drink in the world...
"You can't seriously want to make ban alcohol, it tastes great, makes woman appear more attractive, and makes a person virtually invulnerable to criticism."
"Diamond" Joe Quimby.
Suggesting that they have a single preference to something is like suggesting that all beer tastes good. (have you tried that stuff from the UK?).
Sorry but i can't let that one go;)
What you call beer we call lager (piss-coloured, 5+%abv and only drinkable if served freezing cold).
Here in the uk, lager is generally drunk by people what want to get arseholed as efficiently as possible, while bitter (the decent stuff, anyway) is to be drunk slowly and appreciated.
I'd suggest you spend some time aquiring the taste for it (you hated coffee at first but now you appriciate the good stuff, right?) - you'll be glad you did:)
Couldn't agree more...
Students from rich countries like Saudi flock to the US for one reason - if you have ridiculous amounts of money you can get a great education there with no questions asked.
The minute the US imposes restrictions that can't be bought off they will go elsewhere (oxbridge etc.)
*sigh*
'Theft' requires two distinct actions:
1) I aquire your property.
2) I deprive you of your property.
If I broke into you house (causing no damage) opened up your TV and drew up some schematics of what was inside it, then at home constructed a perfect copy would i have stolen your TV?
I would have violated your privacy (which is rightly an offence), but no theft would have happened.
Calling copyright infringment theft is newspeak of the worst kind.
