I wonder if SCO have enough power to make this refused and leave this suit as it is (uncertain) so they can profit from it. Everybody knows that this make no sense, it is just a matter of how long SCO will profit from media coverage and letter they send (would call it spam) to forture 500 companies.
Long live to free software (as in free speach).

In french we have a good quote which is : ( Qui se ressemble, s'assemble. ) which means who look alike, get togheter.
Personnaly I don't like the way Microsoft manage things in general and IMHO, AOL is the worst ISP in the world using ads and popups in about everything they provide.
Perhaps Microsoft is looking in a way to work more horizontally since the software division is getting flammed and losing ground these days =)
We will se what happen but I don't have any objection, I'll boycut as much as I can on both!

All these points have been the sword in the fight of open source... but we are still waiting for the compagnie to respond to the appeal.
We are getting there surely but slowly. I'm sure Mr. Darl McBride and companie have somehow helped to move things up faster, thanks bro =).
