  1. In movies too on Realistic Human Graphics Look Creepy · · Score: 5, Insightful

It seems as though that 'the movies' have been in the uncanny valley for a little while. I thought that "The Hulk" was very realistic, but it was missing 'something'. I didn't care too much about that but it seems as though most people instantly pointed and said "FAKE!". It's like the 90/90 rule. "The first 90% of the code accounts for the first 90% of the development time. The remaining 10% of the code accounts for the other 90% of the development time". We are now in the last 10% of making realistic CGI humans, and it isn't easy!

  2. What now? on Anti-Spammers Infiltrate Private Online Spam Clubs · · Score: 1, Interesting

Sorry if this sounds like a flame but, what good is it? I guess it's pretty cool but will this actually be helpful? Kudos to the l33t guys who got in, I guess.

  3. Fired for a rehire? on Comcast Fires TechTV Staff · · Score: 1

Maybe they were fired because Comcast thinks they can rehire them and pay them less? It's happened before.

  4. A good look at terrorism on Always Look on the Bright Side of Life · · Score: 2, Insightful

Despite how geniously funny this movie is, it is also a great look at how ridiculous terrorism is. I can't stop laughing at the hate the two terrorist groups in the movie have for each other, the People's Front of Judea, and the Judean People's Front. It's like the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestein and the Palestein Liberation Organization. I can just image these guys sitting down saying: "What did the Israelis ever do for us?" "They gave us plumbing?" "Electricity?" "Internet?" "They built our schools?" It's just an observation, let's not turn this into a flame war.
