I actually have no unprofessional Linux zealotry. I'm not a Linux zealot at all. I use Linux for a webserver - that's it. I understand that my clients want Microsoft software on their network, and have no problem with that. I have Microsoft software running my network. I don't even bother quoting Linux solutions.
I do try and answer questions when my clients ask me about Linux. The more facts I have, the better answers I can provide. If you wanted to fire me for that, then that would be your perogative. I can't say I would want to work for someone so shortsighted as to evaluate one statement as a total basis of my beliefs and fire me based solely on that.
That Linux is more bug free than it's rivals. It's nice to be able to show my clients. "Look! There really are less bugs than Windows server software!"
With this, more of them may actually believe me.
