If you MUST stay inside, then do pushups, changing the position of your hands to cover all directions eventually. Also, be sure to do plenty of stretches; make yourself hurt. If you have a bar, do pullups.
Goddamn it boy, not everything can be done from home. Get your ass outside! No point in looking good if you can't even show it off.
