The only way Apple could sue him is if he was making money using their logo. As he cleary states, he created this for his own use. If he went out and started selling the console WITH the logo, than of course they have grounds to sue.
Do you have an Apple sticker on your car? If you truly believe your comment, than you must be SCARED TO DEATH about getting sued for having that on there.
