The porn industry is not worried about DRM, and here is why. 1. low costs of production. The cost of producting "Hoes on Hoes" or "Bratman" is painfully small, the small cost of a video camera, a tape and serveral people willing to have sex for money. 2. The porn industry has already been moving to the internet model, lower overhead. 3. Piracy HELPS media companies. You see if a friend gives me a video on my computer with Jenna Jameson in it and I like it then I will probably look for a tape starring her next time I go and look for a good porno tape. Just my 2 sense.....

Well let me see: 1. Familiarity. I have used solaris much much more often than linux in my work. 2. Maturity. Solaris is a very mature product with a long history and alot of tech support on the web. 3. It looks better on your resume if you say you know solaris, then it does if you say Linux....at least where I work it does. 4. Stability. Linux is stable yes, but stable like a wine glass, not stable like a plate.

Wrong. You're thinking of the Declaration of Indepenence. Which, in fact, is not a part of the oppressive, monolithic "system" as you described it (the Constitution, the U.S. Code, and the laws of the several States is what I think you were referring to). In fact, the Declaration of Independence has no legal basis in our system whatsoever--
Er......I thought that the Continental Congress was the overall body of governance in this country. They wrote the constitution and even gave us a precedent to overthrow it....remember our first "binding contract of government", the Articles of Confederation? Now granted their example was the right one......a nice peaceful revolution. :) (Well after the first one against those darn Redcoats!)

In point of fact the Commodore 64 did have 64k(65536bytes) of ram. There were however rom memory spaces that covered over the ram. So reading a byte gave you the rom value and writuing wrote to the rom in hose areas....you could also set bytes to "swap out" the rom chips. This would allow you to read the ram "un der" the rom address spaces. Quite a nifty approach since there was memory addressing issues over 64k for that chip. :)
