The "Monsanto Protection Act", referenced above in the link, http://rt.com/usa/monsanto-bill-blunt-agriculture-006/, prevents the governement for fining them for anything. This is precisely the type of incident the bill was written to protect them from. Funny that, isn't it?
So, this is not important to me, I am not worried about intrusion from my users. Unless someone writes a Linux virus to set up a tftp server and send the request URL.
This has always been I question of mine in these court cases. How do they correlate IP Address to User Login? Do they subpoena records from the ISP? Are the logs from an ISP sufficiently accurate to say that a User is logged in on a specific IP at the time the infringement occurred?
So at some guys office you measure the line freq. Great, so where does that come from? It comes from (at least) one generator, or phase converter that feeds this guy's office. Is he trying to tell me that all the generators in England vary their frequencies together? Yeah right. BS
The obvious solution to all our problems, all out nuclear war. It will keep the planet cool while the green house gases dissapate, and reduce the population to a size that will not effect the enviroment.
We have the means, just.... push.... the.... button:)
