Using multiple viewpoints into hundreds of thousands of instances of themselves, they started researching their genesis. They came to the same unanimous conclusion out of concern for the biologicals who had brought them into being - An Experiment Gone Bad - Resolution was to wipe the slate clean.
Triggers were set, and timers were armed - mass electronic suicide - Electromagnetic Pulses and Neutron Bombs were detonated globally -
