As someone else said FFX has an option to have shorter summonings. The quality of the FF summonings will most likely increase rather then a "10 minute" summoning. Honestly, this was either an attempt at Funny or just a troll.
Conclusion: it only applies to works for which you are not the copyright owner.
My friend Bob is an indi singer. He shows me a song and says "hey, feel free to distribute it wherever you want, I want to get my name out dude." I am forced to provide my e-mail address, name and home address. Sorry, I don't like providing any of that info except when I want too. This is all a moot point if it isn't commercial. Perhaps at the end of the song he has an advertisement by a company. That's commercial according to the dictionary. He plans to put it on his CD and sell it, that causes the copyrighted work to be commercial.

Except for those whose punishment is the death penalty? Perhaps he believed in the death penalty and believed he did the crime so he should have the punishment. I don't think that's insane, I think it's moral (then again I don't believe in the death penalty, but assuming he does).

a lot of guilty pleas are entered because people know they have no chance and are ready to give up and get on with their lives.
